About Me
Courtnie Vargas-Rodriguez
Co-Founder | Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Qualified Supervisor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level 1)
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in trauma-informed, somatic-integrated therapy and couples work. I support individuals and couples who feel stuck in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or painful relationship patterns.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that trauma lives in both the mind and the body. I integrate somatic and attachment-focused therapy to help clients build nervous system regulation, process past experiences, and create healthier emotional and relational patterns.
I am especially passionate about couples therapy and working with how individual trauma impacts relationships, communication, and connection. My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate, with a strong focus on emotional safety and sustainable change.
I have over ten years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I also serve as a Qualified Supervisor. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves and their relationships.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

About Me
Briana Della Mura
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
For the last 9 years, I have had the privilege helping others overcome the obstacles of their mental health and life stressors. I have witnessed mental health evolve in many aspects and truly believe in the power of connection. I grew up in Connecticut and earned my undergraduate degree from Nichols College, a closely knit community in Dudley, Massachusetts, where I majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Afterward, I traded my snow boots for flip-flops and relocated to South Florida, earning my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern in Davie, Florida. Florida has been my home since 2013, where I currently reside with my two (very spoiled) dogs!
I’m here to help those who feel limited by their mental health or life events. My clients describe me as energetic, empowered, and open-minded. Therapy with me is a judgment-free, solution-focused space where we actually get things done. Bring your messy thoughts, big emotions, and “I don’t even know where to start” moments—I’m here for all of it! If you’re ready to challenge yourself, take action, and see real progress, we’ll be a great fit. Let’s get to work!
